6 MORNING shifts this week, off on Sunday. 1 already down today.
TORTURE!!!!!!!! ;_;


Anyways, there is a super ridiculous guest today.
She called SEVERAL times (NOT ONCE OR TWICE OR THRICE) in the morning about her 2 guests tht just checked in. Requested us to arrange a taxi to send her 'babies' to this paticular location lor. (FYI her babies like 40 over years old -.-)
Okay lor although abit troublesome but its part of our job.


So these two guests came down & I PERSONALLY went out of the desk, sent them to the taxi & told the taxi driver where to go even. Called the idiot tht her babies are otw already. K job done..


Like 20mins later.. this idiot called back & here is the conversation:


Moron: You said my guests are on their way alr right but.. they're not here yet!
Me: Yes they're already on their way and the driver said he knows his way.
Moron: BUT WHY ARE THEY NOT HERE YET? IM WAITING HERE..
Me: I do not know mam -_-
Moron: Then did you take down the taxi number ?!
Me: No.
Moron: WHY NOT?
Me: ... I DONT KNOW?! (dulan alr)
Moron: EVERYTHING YOU DON'T KNOW. WHY DIDNT U TAKE DOWN?
Me: MAM ITS NOT IN OUR PROCEDURE TO TAKE DOWN TAXI NUMBERS?!
Moron: It is not a procedure it is your own initiative! Now I don't know if they are lost or what..
Me: (speechless..)
Moron: GIVE ME YOUR NAME.
Me: Y A W E N THANK YOU BYE.


WE HOTELIERS ARE NOT YOUR GUESTS' MOTHER OKAY.
We can do almost everything to help you but ASK FOR IT, NOT EXPECT!

Ran around Singapore that day then to work midnight again. Swear my eyes were gonna pop out! o_o

Yesterday which was my 'off'', went out again. Very sad that there're no more banana milk in the shine supermarket :(

Am also ververy sad that my colour films arent working well.. idk its the films or my polaroid T_T too sad to even find out cus the films are NOT CHEAP ;___;
